Privacy policy
We collect less than most review platforms because the record, not the identity, is the product.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to verify a practitioner entry, operate the service, prevent duplicate submissions and respond to support requests. Public display names are optional; verification identity is kept separate from published review content.
Invoices and evidence
Uploaded invoices are treated as private verification material. Personal, patient and account details must be redacted before an excerpt or normalized price is published. Raw evidence is never sold to vendors.
How data is used
Verified evidence contributes to price ranges, version-scoped reviews and aggregate product scores. Advertising, sponsorship and vendor relationships do not receive access to reviewer identity.
Retention and requests
Audit evidence is retained while it supports a public claim or legal obligation. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to the need to preserve a public correction and integrity trail.
